January 14, 2021 by Mansi Bhatia

It's pretty clear: Turmeric is the superfood of the moment. Maybe because more and more research seems to back its potent health benefits—from reduced inflammation to improved cognitive functioning to its ability to curb cravings and aid in weight loss by stabilizing blood sugar.

Whatever the case may be, we're here to help you start consuming more of this healing spice in the tastiest ways possible. Here are 4 turmeric-infused recipes to eat morning, noon, and night.

Golden Milk Overnight Oats

In this fresh and bright take on morning oatmeal, add a spoonful of our Turmeric Superblend with Ashwagandha (a combination of Turmeric powder, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and dry ginger powder and Ashwagandha powder) over rolled oats, chia seeds, and hemp seeds with half a cup of milk of your choice and let the mixture hang out in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top this magic potion with some fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey, and devour.

Iced Coffee that All Gold

While most turmeric or golden milk lattes are served as hot beverages, we think that a drink this good for you shouldn't be limited to chilly weather enjoyment. In this recipe, we added Earthy Souls Turmeric with Superblend to a cup of iced coffee made with plant-based milk and sweetened with a spoonful of Earthy Souls Spiced Jaggery! Warning: It's addictive!

Turmeric Hummus

This golden twist to Hummus contains all the go-to ingredients—chickpeas, lemon, tahini, olive oil, sea salt—plus Earthy Souls Turmeric Superblend with Ashwagandha, cumin, and red pepper flakes for a complex and spicy kick. Slather it on bread to brighten up sandwiches or avocado toast, or dunk veggies and crackers in it. You really can't go wrong!

Turmeric Breakfast Muffins

This drool-worthy creation is a mash-up between a banana pancake, oatmeal, granola, our Turmeric Superblend with Ashwagandha recipe that delivers a rich flavor with a turmeric-blueberry twist. They're made with gluten-free buckwheat flour and sweetened with just dates, bananas, and blueberries. Try them, we best you can't resist!
